Prior to joining Ballast Point Partners in 2026, Jacquelyn was a Professional Development Team Lead for McKinsey & Company, leading a team of administrators and coordinators through performance review cycles and global stakeholder management, while ensuring operational accuracy across people data management tools and system reporting. Prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Jacquelyn served as an Operations Manager at Ulta Beauty and spent 6 years as an Investigations Paralegal for the Office of the Indiana Attorney General.
